Cladosporium cladosporioides Detection Kits
Cladosporium is one of the most widespread molds. It includes about 40 species naturally found in soil, on decaying plant material and as plant pathogens. Cladosporium rot (Cladosporium spp.) of grapevine (Vitis vinifera) is a common disease, particularly in Cabernet Sauvignon and other red wine grape cultivars. It is favored by delayed harvest to obtain the phenolic maturity necessary for high-quality red wine. Symptoms appear on mature grapes and are characterized by berry dehydration, a firm decay affecting a small portion of the berry and a superficial olive-green mold. Rapid and accurate detection of Cladosporium infections is highly important to facilitate the monitoring of Cladosporium in plant samples.There are 2 kits available for the detection of Cladosporium cladosporioides:Cladosporium cladosporioides TaqMan PCR Kit PCR control to monitor for PCR inhibition and validate the quality Master Mix for the target and PCR control detection Primer and Probe mix Positive control and a negative control to confirm the integrity of the kit reagentsCladosporium cladosporioides End-Point PCR Kit Master Mix and primers for the specific amplification of a region of the Cladosporium cladosporioides genome Positive control and a negative control to confirm the integrity of the kit reagents Loading dye and a DNA ladder to facilitate analysis of the resultsFor research use only and NOT intended for in vitro diagnostics. .moldx .moldx-box-out .moldx-red { line-height: 1.5!important padding: 2% }.moldx .moldx-box-out .moldx-yellow { line-height: 1.5!important padding: 2% }.btn-mdx-new { display:block }.moldx #ex-hide{ display: block } @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {.moldx .collapse { display: block!important }.moldx #ex-hide{display: none }.btn-mdx-new { display: none }}
